How to Setup Retractable Banners in 8 Easy Steps

- Setting up your retractable banner is easy as pie. Here are 8 steps to follow:
1. Take out the banner from the carrying case.
2. Swing the stabilizing feet out by 90 degrees.
3. Remove the pole from the base.
4. Extend the bungee pole.
5. Insert pole into the hole at the center of the base.
6. Lift and extend banner from the base.
7. Hook the banner to the top of the pole.
8. Voila! Set in desired location.

What is the metal pin for that is secured on the bottom of the base of the banner? Thank you.
Just got one like this and put it up without any instructions just like in this video but now I can't get the top to detach to take it down.
Edit: I just had to comment this after trying several times in order for it to work right after I said something. The way my luck always goes...

Setting it up was easy. But unhooking the top of the pole from the banner didn't unhook so easy and was afraid of possible tear to the banner. We may have to call U Printing, again.
How did you add the banner to the stand?
The banner is so stiff - when you try to pull up banner it lifts off the floor. I'm 5'7" & I can't reach the top of the pole. Tried standing on steps but again just lifts off the floor.

We wanted a video how to set up the banner to the spool, not some absolutely pointless video on how to put the display up. Who doesn't know how to do this or couldn't figure it out by sheer mistake?
