This is not the fault of Jimny or Nexa . You need to properly modify your vehicle for the kind of offroad/trips you do.
You cannot abuse your vehicle and then expect warranty on parts. Go for an off-road suspension kit (Ironman).
I have a 2018 gypsy and bought Jimny last year and have done more than 20000 kms on highways, dirt, snow and sand. No issues with the vehicle.
The biggest mistake is to install upsize tyres. You can go up to 205 AT and not more than that as it's a light weight vehicle and going for upsize tyres will put extra load on engine, clutch , handling, differentials, Axel's, bearings etc..
Also when you add additional weight ( tent) you need to change suspension.
The kind of trips you do ,you should check your vehicle after 1000- 1500 kms and get rubber bushings changed. Don't wait for the vehicle to do 10000 kms. That is for people using their cars on normal roads.
. It's a great off-road SUV and it needs some mods for heavy duty off-roading or abuse..
Haan matlab randi bhi aapni chut modify karke dhanda karne jaaye... Arey Maruti walo ne jis purpose se banayi hai uspe tho khadi utre... Off road gaadi hai bhai uss hisaab se cheezin aur service bhi deni chahiye...
We aren't looking for warranty on the parts but atleast provide the good service, they should have people at service center who are aware atleast.
@@freestylershevi That's a one off incident with Maruti service..blaming all Nexa service centre is not ok.. Here in Pathankot whenever I take my vehicle for service or checkup ,I get a good response from the service engineer . My rear view camera was replaced in a day under warranty. So it depends on the dealer also.

In Maruti service technicians are not trained for Jimny jnki kuch nahi ptaz service advisor bus yehi bol dete hai yeh aise he hot hai Jimny mein. Mere saamne ke banda jimny le ke aaya tha nexa mein Gurgaon mein uako 4L mein lever tight tha bahut, aur service advisor yehi bol ke usko bhej rahe the ki isme aisa he hota hai, ohir maine usko apni jimny chalane ko bol ki compare karo tab ja ke mana

100% true. Most uneducated service is that of Maruti. Aapke saath major deficiency in service kar raha hai Maruti. Right away consumer forum mai case file kar ke claim aur repair dono karva sakte hain. Kick in the teeth.

Steering problem is there. Tedha rehta hai. Kabhi left kabhi right. And wobble hota hai. I have Alpha AT stock tyres. Everything is stock.
There is no such problem with my jimny, you need to find a perfect tyre dealer can do the sterring allignmemt and balancing, I did the same, service centre walo ne sterring allignment kharab kar di thi😂 bahar se theak karwai
Sad to hear that you are dealing with these issues! I guess that’s one of the reason they don’t exist in USA.
I can also understand the quality issues since I have a Suzuki sidekick with engine issues and interior issues.

@brh, bhai try once Jagmohan Nexa, Mangolpuri, New Delhi. They have specialised mechanic for 4x4 off road vehicles
Nexa service is not upto the mark, 4x4 vehicles are made for tougher situations, problems happens sometimes, learn to accept it Nexa ! their dealing are like talking to hatchback 🚗 owner for problems, they are least experienced to deal with 4x4, lack of knowledge or purposely

Try to come towards south if you can.In Bangalore suraksha motors. I did, 35k km. Rough use bhi hui aap jitna nai haha. Par try. Never liked the service towards north. Fark hai. Bought it in lucknow par always tried getting my car in Bangalore. Jaipur, lucknow ne rula diya tha ek time pe. Just a suggestion.

Problem with your tyres, continental cross comact AT. I have same tyres and with these tyres, it need go amount of weight balancing, and yet bubbling/wobbling remains. Change tyres, things will be good.
Another thing, continental has phased out these tyres, they are not at all good for highways. Now, they have newer version, which looks less aggressive but are more stable on highways.

Company ka worldwide superhit product hai Jimny. Super capable. Uski image ko maintain rakhne ka kaam after sales ka hai. Jo inko itna pareshan kar rhe hain. Apni gadi ki warranty lekar uss problem ko company me hi to dikhaoge..

With your tent modification, you increased the weight on the car. Most likely the weight of the steel base is not evenly distributed causing your vehicle's body to tilt. This issue cannot be resolved as any change to the suspension travel might worsen your ride quality and the offroading capability of the vehicle. You should remove the tent or ask them to use a spirit level to make sure the steel supports are placed more evenly. This is not Maruti's fault, it is your fault for improperly modifying the vehicle. So please stop blaming "poor service".

yadi aap (Suzuki) truly off-road vehicle bolke bech rahe ho to uske pehle off-road capability check karna chahiye.
Yadi 4 seater he to 4 logo ka weight to sehen karna chahiye na.

To itna asar nhi padna chahiye.
@@hemant3472 Suzuki Jimny has a roof load Weight Capacity of 30-40 kg. It is not a vehicle meant to have a person sleeping on the roof.

@@hemant3472 You can add more weight to the Jimny like a tent by modifying the suspension lift to get more clearance between the wheel arches and the wheels. But a tent should not be installed on a stock Jimny.
