If you changed your WiFi password and it is in the “previously saved onto your Amazon account” section, you have to go down and press add network Then put the exact name of it along with the new password in the boxes

I see that I'm not able to do this on my laptop. I have The App But Its missing lots of things & My phone is Full even though Its actually empty with a few apps. So I'm unable to download the app on my phone. The app is Amazon Alexa right ?!..

HELP!!!! My Echo Plus, Echo dot and Echo Show have worked great for years until I had to change my Internet network. All three are now connected to the new network. The problem is that these devices no longer communicate with my plugs and switches. Is there a simple way to fix this? Nobody on TH-cam has made a video about this problem.

My landlord has changed my router wifi to a wireless wifi with an automatic subscription (no password). I'm currently not able to connect my Echo Dot 3rd to the new wifi because it doesn't have a password, what can I do? Thank you
