Which grip and style is this? Also which style applies pressure to add in the backspin? On the fedin wave is the index finger an active push or a passive spring?
This style is like baseball, Volleyball serve, javelin technic, stoneskip pros, Ahmadu technic. Thats what it describes best. No Index push. I have no release work. The knife slips out the close hand by itself perfectly. I hold it deep in the hand. So the opposite of Fedin. The loose arm is everything.
you can use the youtube function to slow my slomos even more down to 25% speed. that is enough. You will not see interesting things. I have the knife deep in the hand and I never open my fingers (very important). Knife slips automatically out of the hand. All is in the arm mechanic, I do no release actions.
great edit for learning the mechanics. thank you
Yes, it is actually for myself control also :)

Amazing🎉
Man hört förmlich wie gerade und sauber die reingehen! 😲👍
Schon gell !? :)
How much pressure are you playing at the back of the spine?
Zero. The knife slips out of my closed hand automatically. The back spin push is for a complete different mechanic, which I did back then.

Can you record your throws showing mainly hand position and release with a high speed camera
