Well the jester punishes rdm the issue is it can only affect innocents because traitors don't rdm. They just kill. And having to figure out who the jester is with out killing them might be interesting but it would make being a traitor extremely hard.
I saw a new idea for Jester I really liked: Traitors know who the Jester is and the Jester becomes the role of whoever kills them and the murderer dies, I feel like that could work quite well with Jesters pretending that an rdming innocent killed them and not a Traitor (maybe the person who killed the Jester's body will disappear when they die)
This is in the mod. Just hasn't been used in a video yet. There's also an option to have all previous jester rules alternate from round to round so people can't get too comfortable.

Tom literally always uses headcrab launcher because of it being insta-kill plus mobs. So cheesy. It's like when Duncan would always use dubstep gun because it was ridiculously strong splash damage with infinite ammo.

I think the Phoenix should still be a 50/50 respawn. That way, a Phoenix will still have to value his life, instead of being able to suicide themselves for a massive advantage.
