So much whimsyyyyyy. I loved this so much. The dress turned out so cute and you looked like Jane but it also didn't look like you were frolicking in a costume. Like it was just from your wardrobe. xxx
@@emamaymacfarlane oh Em 😍 this is such a kind comment, thank you. I definitely tried to find the line between traditional cosplay and something I would wear again, because I don’t like wasting fabric. I made it as a two piece and the skirt looks very cute with other tops! Thank you again for the feedback xxx
@ A two piece! That’s brilliant. You’ve inspired me to wear a flowy dress the next time I go hiking (Binnaburra is my fave)😍 I’d also love to watch videos just of you making your clothes.
@ try it! 😍 mm Binna Burra is a magical place. So much character. I’ve just started a “hiking skirt” design, I’ll film it and let you know how it goes! Are we starting a new movement right now?! Haha
@@Sakura-jp3dx it’s a whole different feeling 🥰 I understand the practicality of active wear, but there’s something about dress/skirt/flowing fabric, that makes you feel more “in” the environment, if that makes sense? The trees are swaying, the grass is swaying, the water is flowing.. it’s all very beautiful to move along with it. And I do love a romanticized situation hehe

Nice bush walking outfit .....though you can easily see the leeches which are in abundance lately and it would certainly be cooler than long pants.
@@Mikolas3250 definitely cooler than pants! Leeches are the sneakiest things, I usually get them in my socks no matter how high I wear them 😬
I knew that I should have worn a dress to Mary Cairncross last week !!
@ hahaha always :p that’s such a beautiful area huh
Yes it is.....sadly hairy boy legs may not look that great in a dress...but you never know !
@ I’m sure some Scottish bois would celebrate a skirt outing with you hahah
