I don't care what color someones skin is, or where they come from; if you witnessed this time period I am pretty sure everyone will see this movie, because it was a time when hip hop/rap spoke to the people, societies problems and issues spoken in rhythm and rhyme. Man, I get chills every single time I hear and look at this trailer. Such an amazing story and when Dre tells Eazy-E that he has something special in his life, that puts in so much motivation.
I was once concerned about how this would turn out...but after seeing this trailer in a theater with LOUD speakers...I got goosebumps. This looks amazing and promising, I seriously got chills from the end of the trailer as soon as 'Ice Cube' says "YO Dre..." ("what up?") "...I got something to say!" 2:10
I realize that it is not the official Confederate flag. It is the war flag of Robert E. Lee. I called it the Confederate Flag because that is what it is recognized as. It is racist, by the way. I've read plenty of books.

I agree. They definitely should make a Wu-Tang Clan movie. I think a cool name for the movie would be 36 Chambers, or Wu-Tang, but that’s just my opinion.
When I was 13 years old, I came home from school and turned on the tv and watched a documentary about Los Angeles in the 1990's and some of the film consisted of the NWA, ever since then I became a fan of the NWA.
I was 18 years old and played this album to death, so cool to watch a film all these years later at 52 years old..No one raps like easy, his album easy duz it was a masterpiece
I can not wait to see this movie. The thing i love about NWA is that they had something to say and they told it through their music. They spoke the truth in a time where black people especially in the hood were going through a rough period. NWA spoke their minds, they weren't scared, and they were the real deal. They stood up and fought for what they believed in through their raw storytelling. They made HipHop more than a genre of music, they made HipHop a movement. (Sorry to ramble on) :)
I went into the theater not knowing what to expect and had doubts. I was shocked. The film is incredible. These guys will pick up several academy awards..
So I was born in 1996 and obviously N.W.A. was broken up and Eazy E had died. I saw this opening weekend in theaters. It was an amazing movie. Spanky from Colors is playing Ice Cube dad. For real movie buffs he was the black gang banger in the White Fences gang..holmes. I hope we see more characters from past gangsta hood movies peppered through out. Great casting.
I have a whole new respect for Ice Cube after seeing this movie, EVEN THOUGH I'VE ALWAYS THOUGHT HE WAS TIGHT. When you see him go solo in this movie, rockin the fuckin black hoodie in the music office trying to just get whats his...ICE CUBE WAS NWA, he just wrote for everyone else.

Being that GTA San Andreas was largely based on the life and times of these guys and their influence on LA that is a huge compliment.
RichieLarpa the biggie biopic looked cheap, dark, sad and this one here is just wonderful it looks glossy wich makes a good atmosphere
