That depends on the boat we select. They have Row boat and motor boats. It hardly took 1 to 1.15 hours in motor boat.

Hi friend, there are plenty of TNSTC govt buses ply in between Chidambaram and Pichavaram. Moreover you can also reach via hired Taxi or Autos. Chidambaram is just 15 kms from Pichavaram. I hope this helps.
