Try setting your glasses and your mask in a way that, as you breathe out, the air comes out from the lower part of your mask. This way it won’t come out from the upper part and make your glasses foggy.
I watch your vlogs when I just wanna put something on and it’s so heartwarming to watch you talk about the guy who told you to shadow dentists and see if you wanna do pre-dent instead :) look at you now! So happy to watch your videos

It helps me to pull my mask as close to my eyes as I can and move my classes as low on my nose as I can. Also I'm pretty sure there is some kind of anti fog spray that you can use
