青い床は湖の表現としてホワイトパーティションを使用しています。黄色い照明はメタルパイプ・ウォールシェルフです。参考になればと思います！

Both the starry sky and the water surface expression are made on a "white screen". I hope you get the idea, as I don't know how to express furniture with Japanese names in English...
I used "Fairy Pendant Wall Light" to express the stars.
