For those who have AMD Ryzen Laptop. You can just disable the secure boot and insert the USB stick into the 2.0 port. I use custom Windows 11 Images from Ghost Spectre because it can bypass TPM

If you try all the steps like installing drivers and what not and you still get the error, try making a bootable USB again, maybe using another tool, or another USB stick altogether. That's what solved my problem after 3 hours

In my case I was using mxlinux OS, I used balena etcher to create bootable windows media. It kept showing media driver missing while installing windows. I tried unetbootin that also did not support windows iso. Finally I used Ventoy to create windows 11 bootable iso. It worked for me.
