There were some things thay did in Red Dragon that they didn’t do in Manhunter. This scene was an especially good addition. Overall Manhunter did a better job of setting the mood and telling the story.

At that moment,the agent knew the doctor was sabotaging the investigation. So the Dr must be the killer
