Daniel, thanks for all the wonderful videos. I want to comment on the small tag line at the end of each video (Remember to try to make someone smile today, it might just change the world) I try to do that each day and today (it might not change the world) I made a 91 year-old sweet lady smile. I'm 75 and work for a community transportation company two days/week (Mondays and Tuesdays). We primarily pick up and deliver people for medical appointment and then pick them up again to take them home. Not necessarily do the same drivers get to do both, but this morning I picked her up and took her home from a doctor's office. She commented about having been raised in Pennsylvania, spoke of meeting her husband (from Vermont) and eventually moving here. Then I was assigned to pick her up again from another doctor's office to take her home. It was necessary for me to go inside to locate her and there she sat preoccupied rumaging through her purse (pocketbook) and becoming frantic looking for a phone number. I sat down a couple of chairs from her and she never looked up. I asked, "Do you anyone from Pennsylvania?" She never looked up and replied, "Yes, I'm from Pennsylvania!" I replied with, "Yes, I know! You told me that this morning." Now I'm wearing the safety green shirt and cap when she finally looked up at me. I said i was there to take her home as she kept digging in her purse with my comment not registering. I asked her what she was looking for and she said the number to the company that brought her to the doctor. "They're late and I'm worried I can't get home. I've called my son to let him know to come and get me." I repeated, "My name is Bruce and that's exactly why I'm here, to pick you up and take you home." She continued to dig in her purse. I asked her what she was looking for and it was her phone so she could call her son and let him know someone was there to pick her up. She was nearly in tears and I asked if I could help her look and she opened her purse to me and I retrieved her phone. She dialed her son, I spoke to him to let him know who I was and that she was a bit frustrated and confused. He thanked me and called me an angel for being there for her. I smiled and assured him that I was no angel and happy to take care of her. On the way home she wept, thanking me for my kindness, handing me too much money for the ride. I told her such and she said that was for me. Mrs. Reach, I've been paid more than enough by meeting you and for your expressions of gratitude. And you've allowed me to change your misery into a grateful heart expressed by the smile on your face. I escorted her to her door, but before I bid her goodbye, I asked her if I could give her a hug which she allowed. It not only made her day, but she also made mine.
Thanks for allowing me to share this with you and to all your followers. Keep it coming and congrats on your new property.

I am a 72 year old woman who was raised in south Texas in the country and I totally agree with the control of predator wild life in order to preserve the wild life used for human food. There have been a few times when money was short and that wild life came in handy to put food on the table. You do you. You have a beautiful family and you are teaching them to be respectful of nature. God bless you and family.

Very nicely presented info regarding the purpose of ethical trapping and removal of predators as an integral part of the stewardship of your land. I know it’s difficult for folks who have not lived a country life to understand, but the fact remains that it is necessary to maintain balance between man, his domestic animals and the natural environment. Well done, folks. PS. I’m with DeeJay..I never liked duck either. Quail are a different story!

This area is unusual as at Christmastime I was driving home from a relatives and dang near hit 2 bucks just strolling down the middle of the street. Something most people don’t know about coyotes is they can breed twice a year if conditions are right. If they get very overpopulated nature fixes the problem. Distemper and parvovirus will spread through the bunch of them. If you’ve ever seen that in pet dogs it’s an awful way to die. So hunting them to keep the numbers down is a fair answer. No it’s not pleasant but the other way is horrible!

Daniel, I admire you for taking and teaching your Children the correct way to hunt. I think that's wonderful. I used to hunt and have taught my Children the same way. I enjoy all of your and DJ's videos

Thanks for taking us along on your hunts. It's fun watching y'all do what you do. Who cares if you're doing it all "right" or not? Just enjoy yourselves. Those skewers look really good. Never had duck, but I'd sure give that stuff a try. I enjoy the trapping videos. I'm impressed with how much more knowledgeable and skilled Houston is with the trapping this year. I enjoy you talking us along on your journeys, and I like that the journey changes up a bit from time to time.

I was never in the position to Hunt. I did some fishing off the bank..with my Grandpa. My 2 Grandsons are growing up in the country on 20 acres. The youngest will be learning the basics . It’s a good skill to have. Also learning to cook it

I love every part of this family! My father hunted small game rabbits, squirrels, doves, and quail. As a kid my sisters and I would help him clean the things that he bought home, we thought nothing of it. Dad never shot a deer in his life. Dad fished and crabbed in the summer. Today’s kids haven’t a clue what it is like to have to supplement the weekly groceries with what you grow or kill yourself. My kids know grandpa’s stories but they never hunted in their life.

You guys work so hard on your channel and it shows.
Its sad when folks get cranky with your content. Its your families interests and ways of doing that brought us all here.
Have they never considered fast forwarding over the bits they dont go for??
If everyone had the same interests wouldnt life be boring as watching paint dry?
The groaners might just see something that gets them interested enough to give it a try themselves!
Always look to learn something new and every day will be an adventure! 😊 God bless! 🙏🙏🙏

I love seeing your baby goats. My son doesn’t trap he just hunts coyotes that get after the livestock.
