There's a 1k+ Skillpower vest at clan vendor on level 16 clan world tier 5

In clan vendor there is a 1019sp vest as well. For 18-26 clan.

Looks good but I will pass as I have 987 on my x-pro ribcage vest. But there is one going in the clan vendors that is over 1k

you can leave the clan, join a open one and join back your old clan. works as well ;-)
