I can never understand why these figures barely look like the person they're supposed to. They got ET right, but even there it looks as though he's about to give you bad news.
These wax figures are what happens when you can't get an actor's likeness, so you describe what a celebrity looks like to a wax sculptor who happens to be blind.
Very possible there could be something like a copy right thing maybe and then also depending on the price or the manufacturer on the quality of the wax works
Fatal Attraction was a scary movie some men quit dating after they saw it. Ann Margaret was in Viva Las Vegas with Elvis Presley and she was a singer also. She was also in Bye Bye Birdie.
The noise the aliens in Mars Attacks was "ACK! ACK! ACK! ACK!" And the villain you called Bat Woman/Bat Girl was Selena Kyle, aka Cat Woman (Anne Hathaway's version).
If you would like to get to know Ann Margaret, here are four films in which she stars: Bye Bye Birdie!, Viva Las Vegas ( Elvis is in that one), Tommy (if you can handle it), and Grumpy Old Men. It's really a shame you've never heard of her. Good Luck Carpetbagger.
Great museum. FYI Ann Margaret was popular in the 60's and 70's with Elvis Presley in LV and also made serveral movies with Jack Lemmon and Walter Matheau.
How do you not know Ann Margaret Jacob, you're not a spring chicken. hahah. She was in the grumpy old men movies and santa claus 3 later in her career.
I am dying at these! I can’t stop laughing! It’s like whoever made these were given vague descriptions of what these people looked like and had to work from there. Lol! It’s too much! Lol!
I slid the video title into the search bar and found out that your video of this place from 5 years ago is the top in views at around 130,000. And then, since I have never been to any wax museum, ever, I skipped through a few of the dozens of other Clifton Hill postings. The oddities/kitsch force is strong with some vloggers. One recent low-watched offering had behind the scenes images and what looked like a scholarly bibliography. Impressive. Ah, the internet is a portal to so many rabbit holes. Thanks Carpetbagger for being today's hurried white rabbit to follow.
Anyone else catch that incorrect answer at 21:48? Nancy Cartwright is NOT the creator of The Simpsons. Lol. She voices Bart. I dunno who I'm more upset at ...Movieland for not fact checking or Jacob for not catching that glaring error. Lol
Ann Margaret was in a movie with Elvis in the 60's n they dated for a while. She was in lots of movies as a singer n dancer, very hip n 60's dances, beautiful red head. She played Apple Annie's daughter who married a count,'s son while away at boarding school in APocket Full of Miracles with Glen Ford as a depression era gangster. It was a great movie if you haven't seen it. As she got older she played in Grumpy Old Men with Walter Matthau and Jack Lemon ad the love interest they fought over. She also played the Madame in the Gone With The Wind sequel with Joanna Wallet Killer in it. Watch that one sometime, it is awesome!!!
Man when I was a kid and went to visit Niagara falls that museum always scared me. Literally just driving past the old building scared me because the animatronic outside would really freak me out. I never wanted to go in there Even to this day. I still have a slight phobia of that place even if it's in its new spot At 13:36 the head that talking is apart of the old museum before they moved into the new building. How do I know this? It's because I drove past it when I was a kid. I remember that face so clearly. Oh Lord growing up in Ontario, Canada was the most interesting thing I ever been through
I love wax museums, this one has some unusual looking characters but you had fun, yeah. I am getting old, you have never heard of Ann Margaret? Elvis presley's love interest in a few movies
I love wax museums it's funny when you just can't recognize who it is. I would still have gone to see this. This resort at the falls looks pretty cool.
If you’re still looking for Niagra Falls Canada suggestions, check out the Flying Saucer restaurant shaped like a UFO and the world’s weirdest Evel Knievel museum/antique store that needs to be seen to be believed.
Wow this brings back memories I Went to this Movie land Wax Museum fifteen or so years Ago it was Really Great then. There was the Same Marilyn Monroe they had her standing outside of the Museum Along with A Giant King Kong Face. So Much Has Changed since then They have Added So much more to this Attraction. Thank you my Friend Jacob for the Fresh Walkthrough I Enjoy it Even more Now. Have A Great Evening. Also glad to see that our Weather is Warmer than Usual in this month of April As most times it would Still be cold and Snowing.
I believe the chained up basket is supposed to be a joke from the Garfield comics where he would often try to mail another cat named Nermal to Abu Dhabi.
You're not alone in calling Reese's Pieces the "incorrect" way. I've always called them that, and yes I know the correct way. It's just more fun to say it the "wrong" way 🤣
I can never understand why these figures barely look like the person they're supposed to. They got ET right, but even there it looks as though he's about to give you bad news.
Madame tousouse is so much better way more realistic these ones are cheap I live near see all this everyday they look awful
Because it's a cheap tourist trap made by people who don't give a crap
These wax figures are what happens when you can't get an actor's likeness, so you describe what a celebrity looks like to a wax sculptor who happens to be blind.
Most of them look alike lol
Very possible there could be something like a copy right thing maybe and then also depending on the price or the manufacturer on the quality of the wax works
The 1989 Batman movie was THEE BEST Batman film ever! Hands down!
These are the Great Value versions of wax celebrities 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
3:56 "Jacob the Carpetbagger?!" You should have definitely put your spectacles and hat on that John Belushi.
These have to be some of the worst wax works Jacob, but I’d still go and visit 😁, Thankyou x
They didn't get the likeness very close.
I have been there many times they honestly look just fine
Every bit is accurate as they were 30 years ago I see.
love the part at 28:20 with the electric chair
"He's gonna smell like hot-dogs" -Ralph wiggum
Jacob did you ever watch Grumpy old Men Ann Margaret was in it! That one you called. Bat gir it’s cat woman!
When I was a kid, I had to shut my eyes in the horror part of this museum! It freaked me out, and I was a monster kid!
So you went through this whole place with your eyes shut?
@@krumkoNo, just the Chamber of Horrors.
Welcome to Canada Jacob!
Glad to have you
I'm going for my B.D to the falls, can u recommend some other fun things to do around
Fatal Attraction was a scary movie some men quit dating after they saw it. Ann Margaret was in Viva Las Vegas with Elvis Presley and she was a singer also. She was also in Bye Bye Birdie.
Glenn Close was the original 'bunny boiler' in it.
@@anthonyellis987 that is so true I forgot about that part.
@@anthonyellis987 yea I hate that scene to this day bloody disturbing ..
I went there with my Dad in 1985 , so yeah 37 years ago🍺🍔🥨
The noise the aliens in Mars Attacks was "ACK! ACK! ACK! ACK!" And the villain you called Bat Woman/Bat Girl was Selena Kyle, aka Cat Woman (Anne Hathaway's version).
Thank you for taking me to places I'm unable to visit! You always crack me up!!! Which I sure needed! Your so funny!😇
The Mars Attacks Martians say “Ack ack ack ack ACK ACK!”
i love that your finally in canada, i hope your travels are wonderful,

24:47 Ann Margaret was Elvis Presley's co star in the film, "Viva Las Vegas," one of her most famous movies.
You really should visit Ceder Point in sandusky ohio, one of the top rated amusement parks in the world.
Nice to see that not much has changed in over 10 Years..... Still love that place though 👍😊
Right in my backyard hope you have a good time in the falls
You'd think with all the 3d print tech out there that the likenesses would be more distinct in this day and age.
You'd also think the bodies would be more accurate. Some of 'em looked like their heads were stuck on bathroom sign stick figures.
@@BennyLlama39 Agreed. Taylor Swift looked like somebody put her butt on backwards, i.e., she has glutes where her groin should be.
Great museum. FYI Ann Margaret was popular in the 60's and 70's with Elvis Presley in LV and also made serveral movies with Jack Lemmon and Walter Matheau.
I think it was Grumpy Old Men
Her big one was Bye Bye Birdie from the 60's.
I hope you enjoyed your trip to Canada 🇨🇦 hope you come back soon, stay safe my friend.
Movieland could do with a bit of updating. Still, you made if fun, CB. Thanks.
That whole superhero part they added that pretty recently so they are still doing stuff with it
Well, I would definitely visit this place just for the strangeness of it. Jacob, I call them Reese’s Peeces too, it rhymes. 😄
I love Clifton Hill. Haven't been in so long. Need to go again soon.
Dorothy & Snow White need to sue this joint 🤣 absolutely terrible but hilarious.
Batlady is my favorite comic book character!
I've never been to movie land wax museum in Clifton Hill before
24:53, Ann Margaret was in Viva Las Vegas with Elvis Presley and was also in The Grumpy Old Men movies.
That was fun!!! The “Rock” looked amazing. He looked real the most!!!
How do you not know Ann Margaret Jacob, you're not a spring chicken. hahah. She was in the grumpy old men movies and santa claus 3 later in her career.
In the Super Hero area that was Anne Hathaway as Catwoman/ Selina Kyle 😎👍
I remember the wax museum next to Knotts berry farm was the same it is now gone, Good Times.....Yes Janet I Remember Also....
Clearly the purpose of this wax museum was to not make the figures look like the people being portrayed and they absolutely NAILED IT!
I went here almost 20 years ago now and it’s so cool to see what’s changed and what’s the same!
I'm sorry but these are horrible 🙄
@@tolicelawrence461 did I say they were great? Just reminiscing here, my friend.
@@HaleyDeValliere No. I just stated that they were horrible comparing the wax figures to the other museums, my friend .
LOL you got jump scared by Katy Perry 🤣
Hey J.....you are close to me! I'm in Rochester. Like our crappy weather? I had my honeymoon where you are
I am dying at these! I can’t stop laughing! It’s like whoever made these were given vague descriptions of what these people looked like and had to work from there. Lol! It’s too much! Lol!
Niagara Falls! Slowly I turn, and step by step, inch by inch......
Alright, Carpetbagger at a disturbing wax museum!! And did someone go around and mess up the hair of all of these wax figures?
I really enjoyed this wax museum Thanks Jacob. I find it hard to believe Canada has removed Queen Elizabeth from their currency
Not sure where you heard that but the Queen is still on our currency 🤣
jacob making every voices of the actor 😂. good job jacob 🤗

Did you say "Keith" Ledger? Heck it, that Joker had blonde hair so probably spot-on lol!
Hungry hungry hippo! Thanks again for the fun from Seattle Jacob!
I love when he does wax museums
One good movie to see Ann-Margaret in is The Who's Tommy (the one that features Elton John as the Pinball Wizard).
The statue you call Batwoman was actually Catwoman
Anyone else feel like the Scarecrow was staring into your soul and finding you unworthy of love? Ok, just me? Coooool, cool, cool cool
It's always funny to see how much of a mixed bag as far as accuracy goes for some of the figures in these museums compared to Madame Tussauds.
PS I'm pretty sure your "Bat Lady" is supposed to be Anne Hathaway's Catwoman
Anyone else catch that incorrect answer at 21:48? Nancy Cartwright is NOT the creator of The Simpsons. Lol. She voices Bart. I dunno who I'm more upset at ...Movieland for not fact checking or Jacob for not catching that glaring error. Lol
They also spelled Nuclear wrong too😂
@@kcphotographystudios8836 and “scanned” lol
Jacob you are not alone with the Reese’s piece’s lol
Anne Margaret was “Ann Margrock” in The Flintstones
Really cool museum! My favourites were the Alien and Terminator displays 😄 thanks again Jacob and best wishes ☀️
I can't believe you never heard of Ann Margaret. She starred in Grumpy Old Men movies and with Elvis in Viva Las Vegas
Wax museums are always amusing. These figures are not as accurate as others but still a fun time
15:48 "He's picking up some.... [several attempts to say the name]..... He's picking up some candy." LMAO!! Great delivery of that line!
My whole family pronounces Reese's Pieces how you said you have been saying it since you were a kid. I've never been corrected before.
It was always “Reesies’’ , just plain Reesies here for us since forever, lol
Rock and roll wax museum is a good stop
The quality of their wax figures is not as good as Madame Tussauds but, their backgrounds are very good. Thanks Jacob!
Adorable and sweet the way you refer to some of the stranger ones as “unique”

Roller coaster a must ride
Michael Jackson - a different kind of monster!
"Are there any horrors in here?" Yes! Compressed air!
The ocean 11 you saw at the museum is a remake. The original one, has the rat pack in it. Found out my self years ago on tcm
The legs in the hippo’s mouth were supposed to be Jack Black’s as it was based off the scene where his character loses his first life.
Keep up the awesome videos 💕

Mr bagger ballin on a full tank. God bless you.
So Jacob, who is the number one greatest Batman then?
He was most likely thinking of Adam west as the number one greatest batman
All of the figures are cursed, with the exception of Darth Vader 🤣
You may know Ann Margaret from the 3rd Santa Clause movie as Carol's mother 😎👍
Something foul is afoot. . . I love that turn of phrase! Great video - it really makes me want to visit!
Indeed! Glenn Close's foot was most definitely foul in this museum.
The sound the Martians in the movie 'Mars Attacks!' make is more like a cross between a bark & a quack. It's both annoying & awkwardly hillarious.
I love wax museums, this one has some unusual looking characters but you had fun, yeah. I am getting old, you have never heard of Ann Margaret? Elvis presley's love interest in a few movies

This place is a trip.🤣I think it's time for a little updating, as much as I love the 90s and early 2000s.
These wax figures remind me of the work of the clay sculptor Lionel Ritchie falls in love with in his 80's music video, "Hello".
Wasnt there Michael Myers in the horror section?
I like what I’ve seen

Some Wilde quality swings at this place
Thank you much much quieter
That cat with Marlon Brando. 😳
Great video, I need to check this place out
Great to see you back here! Really want to go here sometime!
Ann Margaret was an actress who worked with Elvis Presley in the movie "Viva Las Vegas" .
3:55- It looks like two John Belushis, and they didn't even bother giving them sunglasses!
You never heard of Ann Margret? 🤔😆
Ann Margret was in the movie Tommy - she was roger daltry's mom
