I can never understand why these figures barely look like the person they're supposed to. They got ET right, but even there it looks as though he's about to give you bad news.
Madame tousouse is so much better way more realistic these ones are cheap I live near see all this everyday they look awful
Because it's a cheap tourist trap made by people who don't give a crap
These wax figures are what happens when you can't get an actor's likeness, so you describe what a celebrity looks like to a wax sculptor who happens to be blind.
Most of them look alike lol
Very possible there could be something like a copy right thing maybe and then also depending on the price or the manufacturer on the quality of the wax works

When I was a kid, I had to shut my eyes in the horror part of this museum! It freaked me out, and I was a monster kid!

I slid the video title into the search bar and found out that your video of this place from 5 years ago is the top in views at around 130,000. And then, since I have never been to any wax museum, ever, I skipped through a few of the dozens of other Clifton Hill postings. The oddities/kitsch force is strong with some vloggers. One recent low-watched offering had behind the scenes images and what looked like a scholarly bibliography. Impressive. Ah, the internet is a portal to so many rabbit holes. Thanks Carpetbagger for being today's hurried white rabbit to follow.

The noise the aliens in Mars Attacks was "ACK! ACK! ACK! ACK!" And the villain you called Bat Woman/Bat Girl was Selena Kyle, aka Cat Woman (Anne Hathaway's version).
I that Will Smith wax figure could talk he would say keep my Hancock out of your mouth. Funny that you went to Canada to look at a museum of American actors but very cool.

Great museum. FYI Ann Margaret was popular in the 60's and 70's with Elvis Presley in LV and also made serveral movies with Jack Lemmon and Walter Matheau.

You really should visit Ceder Point in sandusky ohio,one of the top rated amusement parks in the world.
Clearly the purpose of this wax museum was to not make the figures look like the people being portrayed and they absolutely NAILED IT!

You'd think with all the 3d print tech out there that the likenesses would be more distinct in this day and age.
You'd also think the bodies would be more accurate. Some of 'em looked like their heads were stuck on bathroom sign stick figures.

It's always funny to see how much of a mixed bag as far as accuracy goes for some of the figures in these museums compared to Madame Tussauds.

Wow this brings back memories I Went to this Movie land Wax Museum fifteen or so years Ago it was Really Great then. There was the Same Marilyn Monroe they had her standing outside of the Museum Along with A Giant King Kong Face. So Much Has Changed since then They have Added So much more to this Attraction.

That Egyptian statue shaking his head is actually pretty entertaining. It actually looks like he's looking around & shaking his head in disbelief at the gaudiness & cash-grabbing consumerism of middle class tourism in places like this. It's shaking its head at itself for being part of it. That statue is more self-aware than probably 95% of the people there. LOL

I believe the chained up basket is supposed to be a joke from the Garfield comics where he would often try to mail another cat named Nermal to Abu Dhabi.
You're not alone in calling Reese's Pieces the "incorrect" way. I've always called them that, and yes I know the correct way. It's just more fun to say it the "wrong" way 🤣

Ann Margaret was in a movie with Elvis in the 60's n they dated for a while. She was in lots of movies as a singer n dancer, very hip n 60's dances, beautiful red head. She played Apple Annie's daughter who married a count,'s son while away at boarding school in APocket Full of Miracles with Glen Ford as a depression era gangster. It was a great movie if you haven't seen it. As she got older she played in Grumpy Old Men with Walter Matthau and Jack Lemon ad the love interest they fought over. She also played the Madame in the Gone With The Wind sequel with Joanna Wallet Killer in it. Watch that one sometime, it is awesome!!!

I love wax museums it's funny when you just can't recognize who it is. I would still have gone to see this. This resort at the falls looks pretty cool.
This place is a trip.🤣I think it's time for a little updating, as much as I love the 90s and early 2000s.
Man when I was a kid and went to visit Niagara falls that museum always scared me. Literally just driving past the old building scared me because the animatronic outside would really freak me out. I never wanted to go in there Even to this day. I still have a slight phobia of that place even if it's in its new spot
At 13:36 the head that talking is apart of the old museum before they moved into the new building. How do I know this? It's because I drove past it when I was a kid. I remember that face so clearly. Oh Lord growing up in Ontario, Canada was the most interesting thing I ever been through
