I went to my RTO to apply for change of colour of my Motorcycle on RC. RTO officials totally refused to do so, they said "Ab nahi hota yeh sab", neither I could apply online from Parivahan Portal, as the website hardly works. According to law I can change the colour of my vehicle if I get it changed on the vehicle's RC, but I couldn't get the RC updated. Sadly I couldn't change the colour of my beloved motorcycle yet, a paint job on her is due since an year now. I don't want to break any law, but I feel that Govt. officials could have been more cordial.
