nothing is bothering his eyes, he's rolling them because often when you feel faint (or have anemia like Mark does) you get randomly dizzy and light headed, sometimes for only a few seconds your body loses momentum. that's probably why he also put his head down for a quick second. even a quick rest like that is sometimes enough to get back on track.
