Very informative! Protocols must be followed on donning and doffing in the medical field.

shouldn't she be washing hands immediately after removal of gloves, even before removing the rest the her PPR, then was hands again?

The key is to be slow and intentional with your movements while doffing. There may be situations where hand hygiene is needed between steps. If you are concerned about the dirty gown tracking over the hands as it is removed, you can move the gown cuffs over the hands (touching just the end of the gown cuffs that were under your gloves) before removal.

This horribly awful approach to removal (ungloved hands then touch outside of contaminated gown, and with no hand washing step then brushed against face as face mask traps were untied - she self-contaminated in this video). With isolation unit nurses in Spain and USA being contaminated in last 2 weeks, we can assume that donning/removal is not being well taught. World Health Organisation has different approach - pull off gown, pulling over arms and inverting gloves in one go, Hopefully then hands never contaminated, but for good measure hand wash before approach face to remove the masks/goggle by their straps, see www.who.int/csr/resources/publications/PPE_EN_A1sl.pdf

Here's the thing that I noticed, isn't she supposed to remove the mask FIRST then the gown last? Honestly, the gown should be removed last because that's what we were taught in nursing school. The steps shown are wrong.

Respiratory protection is taken off last to prevent the healthcare worker from inhaling any small particles that might be aerosolized as the gown is removed. We can wash hands and rinse eyes, but the alveoli of your lungs are not as easy to decontaminate. It is okay to use hand sanitizer before touching your face to remove the straps...I know that is sometimes a concern for people.
