If you find yourself in Rotterdam again, there is a lovely restaurant called Loetje's not far from the cruise terminal. The beef tenderloin with gravy is the best I've ever had. They don't like taking credit cards at all in many places around Rotterdam due to high bank charges. I tried to go to the pinball museum but they would only take cash, which I forgot to take out with me, and they wouldn't take a debit card if it was part of the Mastercard or Visa network. A sunset dinner at the Euromast is a lovely experience watching the city light up below you
@@PaulandCaroleLovetoTravel That was what prompted me to mention it. I was lucky enough that work treated us all to an evening meal up there. If you do get the chance to do it, I'm sure you will love it
Just finished. While I enjoyed the seesaw, Jamie trying a small hula hoop around his neck was hilarious 😆 & the Water 🚕 looked like a great deal of fun. The Eurotower looks amazing! Never been to Rotterdam, but these last 2 segments, especially the Market Hall, really enforced our desire to go. Nicely done 😊
Thanks Bob! We had such a fun time in Rotterdam with Jamie he was such good company and has impressive neck hula hoop skills! Rotterdam surprised us, we really enjoyed our time here and getting round by water taxi added to the experience. We can't wait for the time when we can all go travelling again! Thanks for watching!
👍 We often take out small amounts from reception.. it’s the one thing everyone warns against due to the bad exchange rate, but when you are talking small about it’s far more convenient and life is far too short!? Cafe Jardin is lovely isn’t it, just wish they had a Glass House or Sindhu on Oceana, would be perfect then! 😍
Agree we would definitely use reception again. We have loved the look of Sindhu from your videos so would of been great to have it on the Oceana! We will definitely cruise with P&O again and hope to try it then! Thanks so much for watching!
Oooh, I love how the Cafe Jardin menu marks the gluten free options. This makes is so much easier for a coeliac (like me) to dine. It means P&O would definitely be a contender for me. Have you noticed which other cruise lines look after dietary requirements well? Morgan from The Very Unofficial Travel Guides just posted a video showing a lunch buffet restaurant on the Celebrity Apex where absolutely every dish was labelled, and it looked amazing!
On Iona I remember them being well labelled. Think most cruise lines are now trying to accommodate more options. Do you follow Gluten Free Horizons? She is the expert on cruising with Gluten Free and would be able to advise! Tell her we sent you her way 😀
Loverly Vlog. I have a feeling that it's going to be a little while before we all go cruising again. I'll just keep watching your videos to keep my cruising spirits up :-)
I have watched a few of your videos today so it was nice to get another new one! I fancy going to Rotterdam .Touble is watching these makes me want to go somewhere. Hopefully we will be able to go on our cruise in Sept, we’ll have to wait and see. X
Rotterdam was a real pleasant surprise we really enjoyed our time here, would recommend a visit. We are itching to go travelling again so fingers crossed we can all start doing this again by September! Thanks so much for watching and supporting our Channel! 😃

Oh my goodness I would have had more than a wobble stepping on a loose tile up there! X
It was a bit scary but otherwise quite sturdy LOL!
Loving the vlogs by yourselves and with Jamie. Carole - your laugh is very infectious. Keep filming. Ant & Andy.😊👍
So glad you are enjoying them, we had such a fun time with Jamie. Thanks so much for watching!
I think the hoola hoop was a child size.
Yes think it was! 🤣
Oh I just smiled smiled smiled all the way through this :)
So glad, such fab memories. Can't believe I nearly fell for 'You can chose how you want the water taxi ride' and you chose rough!! 🤣🤣
