Yes white wine goes perfectly with seafood, chicken and white sauce pasta. Red wine goes well with meat or chicken, roasted veggies, tomato pasta, pizza etc

Haha.. I’m still snapping my spaghettis in half coz it’s convenient for me & my young kids. If I didn’t, I’d still cut them with my food scissor after cooked so my toddlers can conveniently eat. Just do whatever that fits your life as long as you’re safe, respectful & happy.🌱❤︎ And yes white seafood pasta is perfect with white wine, I personally love sweet white wine so the ones I go for are usually either Riesling or Pinot Gris.
