For a bright radiant complexion:
1 - Staying hydrated is key. It aids in the process. Aim to drink at least 2 liters water daily.
2 - Using riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily is part of my routine. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results.
3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face.
4 - I avoid junk food.
5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday.
All together, these practices contributed to my clear, radiant skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.
