Hi! Maybe trying some songs from Alcest? Not all the songs are like that, but a great portion are. Also try to look into post-rock genre, not exactly the same but I drew a lot of inspiration from it for this song.
@@etherealdarkness Been listening to Shrouded in Mourning and Forgotten Shadows repetitively every day after work. It's been so long since I've had new stuff to listen to. The guitar at like 2:53? Chills. It's the best of both worlds in my opinion. A great balance between relaxing and death metal, which is relaxing in itself. Definitely a fan. I hear a lot of Insomnium at like 4:34. Even reminds me a lot of Become the Fear by Amiensus, how it begins rather slow, then takes off.
Great work! When the first chorus came out I fell in love with it!
The first half of this is so interesting and relaxing. Is there a genre that's just like that? If not, any bands that sound like that?
