This video is a tutorial on how to get extra moist stretched two strand twist on short natural hair using no rubber band on men or teen hair. This is a beginner friendly tutorial and you can do it yourself with a few simple steps. This natural 4c hairstyle is for all texture types. I first started off by hydrating the natural kinky hair with water using a spray bottle, then DETANGLE the hair using a rat tail comb. Next, I blow dry the hair on a low setting. What do you use to keep them from shrinking after they have been done for a few days from sweating?

They will usually shrink some. The only thing he did was sleep with a durag and put one on when he played football

The only reason I sometimes place clips at the ends of the twists, is because it helps with the stretching to give him a little more length, basically to reduce shrinkage.
