Failed Stanadyne Roosa Master Diesel Injection Pump. This video shows complete removal and installation of a Rebuilt injection pump on my 1974 John Deere 300B loader backhoe.
I have a 25/32 and a 19/32 wrench that was my dad’s. In 45 years of wrenching I have only used it for rusted or rounded bolts but it seems those sizes were standard in the 30’s and 40’s and some car manufacturers used them then
@@redneckriviera2432 Hi redneckriviera. Thanks for stopping by. I am not smart enough to tear into an injection pump. I took it to Diesel USA Group in Cincinnati. They rebuilt and replaced the necessary parts for $1,200. Expensive but I thought it was a good deal. Gotta have it to run it.
Was just as excited as you were that it worked!😂

@@trickstothetrades1801 Thanks for the information. Back when cars were easy to work on. Thanks for watching.
Where do you buy all the components inside? I have been looking for replacement parts for years now

Old seat belt bolts
@@mikebarton8140 I figured it was something specific. I never would have thought seat belts. Thanks.
What did it cost to get rebuilt? $1200?
@@johnmf6096 Yes. I believe I paid about $1,200 tax exempt.
