It applies to those now in the New Covenant, through faith in Christ. The word "now" in Hebrews 8:6, and 8:13, and 10:18, prove the New Covenant is now in effect. Jer_31:31 "Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah- Mat_26:28 For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. Mar_14:24 And He said to them, "This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many. Luk_22:20 Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you. 1Co_11:25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me." 2Co_3:6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. Heb_8:8 Because finding fault with them, He says: "BEHOLD, THE DAYS ARE COMING, SAYS THE LORD, WHEN I WILL MAKE A NEW COVENANT WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AND WITH THE HOUSE OF JUDAH- Heb_8:13 In that He says, "A NEW COVENANT," He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away. Heb_9:15 And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. Heb_12:24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel. The master teacher is found below, for those who have been "born-again" of the Spirit of God. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. But what about the words spoken by God, that everyone will know God, 2000 yrs have passed many do not know God. God clearly said everyone will know God from the least of them to the greatest. When God speaks it happens, just like when He said let there be light, moon,stars sun and it came to be, but with Jesus Christ it never happened. .....THE FETAL FLAW HERE IS THAT THE SO CALLED MESSIANIC PROPHETIC PORTRAIT IS LARGELY A CHRISTIAN FICTION THAT AMONG OTHER THINGS REGULARLY RELIES ON THE FABRICATED PROPHESIES AS WELL AS TENDENTIOUS MISQUOTATIONS AND MISAPPLICATIONS OF PASSAGES FROM THE HEBREW SCRIPTURES. . . . . 100%. Brother you are absolutely wrong. This prophecy is yet to be fulfilled. Does everyone knows God ? The Jesus you are talking about did not fulfill any prophesies. Read the bible carefully, word to word understand God's word.
Jeremiah 31:31-37 proves that the new testament is a FALSE doctrine: Jeremiah 31:33 clearly states: "For this is THE NEW Covenant: "I will write my Law (Torah) in their Hearts". Old Covenant: "God writes the Law (Torah) in the Stones". New Covenant: "God writes the Law (Torah) in the Hearts". Jeremiah 31:34 "And no longer shall each one teach his neighbour and each his brother, saying, "Know the LORD". After 2,000 years Christians still can't figure out that Jesus didn't fulfill the New Covenant, that it is SO CLEAR that we are NOT living in the Messianic Age, that the New Testament has nothing to do with the New Covenant mentioned in Jeremiah 31:33, they believe the Torah has been ABOLISHED, because Paul said so.
KJ: Someone seems to have lied to you....Don't believe the lies. 1) Paul NEVER said the Law was abolished. NOT ONCE. THAT is FALSE doctrine. That was actually the LIE that his enemies accused him of in Acts 21:15 - 24. Further, if he was teaching that the Law was abolished, then he would be contradicting himself, and the Messiah, Yeshua. (Jesus). Jesus was VERY clear that we should not EVEN THINK that He came to abolish the Torah in Matthew 5:17. Notice: In Acts 21:24, speaking of/to Paul, the verse is summarized by saying "...that you yourself also walk orderly, KEEPING THE LAW." Paul actually encouraged 1st Century Believers to keep the Commandments, just like Jesus did. Ref. 1 Cor. 11:1. "Imitate me as I imitate Christ." .......2) You seemed to have missed the concept of the First Fruits of the New Covenant, something spoken of in the Torah of Moses. Thank you. Christianity ain’t it. They teach we aren’t under the law. But clearly here the law is relevant because the heart can only be circumcised by it through faith in Christ. If he did it, so can we. Christians always say, “I can do all thing through Christ Jesus who strengthens me,” then out the same mouth say we can’t live the law. It’s crazy. I pray I get it right and all who seek the Almighty in spirit and truth!

Why are there christian missionaries in Israel if this prophesy is already fulfilled and they "all know Me, from the least to the greatest of them"?

The New Covenant did not required a human sacrifice! God promised he will do away (forget ) all inequalities w/o sacrifice!
