im taking my RN entrance monday with the accuplacer and was so uncomfortable until coming across these! feeling so much better! walking through the steps has been really helpful and reminded me i havent lost my math skills!
Hi, thank you so much for your explanation. It's helpful to me. I have a question about the excercise number 9, why did you choose to around the number by 6 and not 7, since it's 6.6 the decimal 0.6 is more than 5? Thanks for answering . I have a test this week
Why is question number 9 rounded to 6 when 6 is great than 5 and if any number after a decimal is great than 5 is rounded to greater number before the decimal so the answer should be 7.
Excellent question. In this scenario if the answer is 7 then 21 eggs must be present. You will have to use more eggs than you have. Since you are limited to only 20 eggs and fractional eggs cannot be used you have to round down to the nearest whole number in order to use whole eggs and remain within the boundaries of 20 eggs maximum.
Razia Uddin I know right, I mean he’s trying his best to explain as much as he can but if you’re taking an Accuplacer test and you don’t even know that then idk 😐
not really!! some people are visionary and appreciate everything being worked out for fear of doing incorrect steps. theres tons of other videos that dont go step by step and fly through the answers the pupose of their videos is to actually teach and explain!!
If anyone that goes to Georgia State and is taking the Math placement, these videos are very similar to the test.
That's crazy man, someone from Georgia State commented on this video lol. But that's really helpful man. Thanks!!
I wish say the same about North Caroline 😩
thank you soo much for your videos! I'm taking the RN entrance exam and these videos are really helpful.
