Stay positive and confident, soon enough the numbers will increase. The lighting is due to where you're seating; it's not controlled by TH-cam. Try to seat having your face facing the window, another location and/or invest in lighting equipment.

It appears you get distracted and discouraged by the numbers, how many people is watching, if someone got the notification, etc., and it completely messes up the flow of the video. You have to keep in mind time is important and wasting a lot of time addressing all the above things mentioned can be frustrating to a viewer and can potentially cause you to lose subscribers. You have to trust your gift and that God will send the right people at the right time to your channel. Even if someone get a notification doesn’t mean they can just stop what they are doing to watch your video at that time. Please work on keeping your flow and try not to be easily distracted and frustrated by the wrong things. Again, “Trust your gift”
