Stw's charisma counter with start up: 😢
Should have mention that you can use counters like offensive tool.
Examples: jumping in roadroller's last tick of damage (with anubis's counter you can jump any second you want it will cancel roadroller and deal dmg to tw user). Jumping in kcr user who using dimension slash (that scythe) so they can't turn away it. Countering kq's explosions and d4c bomb clone (need to be close to player), dashing in AOE attacks and such

@ having that small window of true damage and a speed buff is always good to just throw out at the start of a game
