  • If there is just one pointing that is so simple but so powerful to find the truth this is it. Learn to observe, develop the skill of observation. Once you do that falls will fall down, melt away, pass by nothing can hide your pure observation. Try it now together with Mooji in this simplest but most powerful deep inquiry.

    I had what i think was an awakening experience yesterday, but it only lasted for 15 minutes approximately. I couldnt stop smiling, all my social anxiety and pressure at work just wasnt there, i felt compassion and a great ability to listen to others, it was just like a great sense of my own presence. Yes it was during work, but there was a smile that was soo natural and alive that really surprised me. Probably shouldnt be talking about it, but im really looking forward to my next one, also probably shouldnt be expecting it. lol

    Ahh, at last someone who gets it. But there are some actions of the birds missing in the description. The 2nd bird always eventually falls asleep, even if seemingly only for nanosecond and is always surprised to wake up in the 1st birds nest, haha. And then it has to hunt around for the 2nd bird place again. Also the 1st bird will cry, "It's not fair!" Very difficult to resist this imperative and often again one falls to sleep and wakes up not even in the 1st bird nest but in a fire. Finally, most disappointing that no one admits to being in a hiding place! Definitely I followed Mooji's instruction and find that, yes indeed I'm hiding but that in this hiding place I can feel/hear laughing, lots of laughing, it does not care. The laughing seems to be refusing to play the game.
    I have sat lots of retreats at various centres but this chap deffo seems to be more in sympathy with my way of experiencing things than any I've previously encountered. And I would like to attend a retreat with him. However, the Mooji website has no UK retreats, is this correct? Is there no opportunity for to attend uk Mooji retreat?

    1. Does this work on physical pain also?
    2. How do you show empathy, love sympathy, happiness etc if we only observe from the 2nd bird position? Thank you who is able to help me get a better understanding❤

    • @davidcervenka1282
      @davidcervenka1282 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hello :) 1. The physical pain is greatly lessened by not being personal. Personal sence intensifies pain.
      2. This question implies that there's a "you" who shows compassion and love. But from the second bird position, you dont feel yourself to be the doer because you are formless. Its more like that love, compassion, all these things are being expressed through you by life, not according to your will ;) you are only perceiving this from your vastness. So in other words...you as a person cant truly express anything in the way you imagine. Life force expresses itself through your body. Taking ownership for our actions is our error. Understanding this error is freedom :)

      Let us inquire, how does phisical pain comes to be ? Pain receptors are feeling stimulus and sending to brain, different chemicals are produced and you feel pain. Normally pain is there to let you know that something is wrong and you have to heal.
      You can observe pain too and detach yourself from it, like you do when you are traing for example or by practicing meditation to observe paon like monks.
      But this pain is 99.999999% solved by going to doctor so insted of worrying about this pain observe the psychological pain abd where does it comes. This pain you have to deal with. No budy can help you there but you.
      Soe dewlop skill of observation and observe.
      See what happens.
