depends on what you do on a phone. the pixel 4a 5g has ultra wide, and personally i would take that over a better processor. if youre into gaming them you might want to take the pixel 3

Good point...well... the sound from the top speaker seems to come from everywhere... doesn't feel as localized as the one on the 4a or 4a 5g...if you know what I mean... Microphone quality seems fine, I made a few calls and I haven't had anyone not hearing me

I wanted the 5 but I didn't know all the pixel phones had NFC sensor (Google pay) so now I don't really care about the wireless charger since I have a 30 watts fast charger that charges my phone in 30 minutes, BUT If you have the iPhone 7 you can sell it at 250 or some, so you can actually only pay extra 500 more for the pixel 5.

From what it seems like the speakers might also be better on the 4a 5g than the 5, and camera is top on my list and the camera is the same between them! I appreciate your response!
Why they put the front call speaker behind the display 🤬 that's the only reason why I'm considering the Pixel 4a 5G. I still confused because the jack and better speakers are so important for me but I also want 90Hz, more battery, symmetrical bezels and ip68 😠 "I'm debating"
The Pixel 4A shows a better GPU score here than the 5...I knew there shouldn't be much difference between their GPUs, but that's weird. And none of them are far from my iPhone 7's GPU from 2016, which is my only real holdback.
@Abhilasha Sen That is really satisfying. Great value for money. It is not like big flat but astonishingly furnished, that makes it better value for money than it's competitors. It's pure and clean unlike any others. Camera is extremely great and lot better than iphone XR. If you are in Apple eco system, you must go for iPhone XR otherwise it's great value for money. It was first time any pixel phone got out of stock within 30 minutes. Fun fact: It is made in Taiwan, nit China; the unit I have received.

I'm concerned about the bigger screen and heavier weight compared to my galaxy s10, which I can't type one handed on with my small hands. and then my note8 i would drop a lot bc of the bigger size and weight. but I'm thinking maybe I can utilize the Google assistant more to help with texting no handed since I've been reading it's much better on pixel phones than any other Android..

The 4a 5g has a 6.2 screen... The pixel 4a is 5.8 so your getting .4 inches of extra screen for an extra $150. I personally think if your gonna spend $500 you might as well just get the iphone 12 for $700 but maybe that's just me

Agreed. Wireless charging isn't that big of a deal and a plug for the usb c port will give you a lot of water resistance. The 90hz display is nice but it's smaller which makes me value the 4a5G more.

Pixel 4 have the worst sound quality of the two. The main speaker is under the screen.

I had the 4a in the pocket before running the benchmark so it was probably warmer for that reason

I started using the 4a 5g a couple of days ago...gave up on the Pixel 5...can' stand the speaker when listening to music

The 12 is $900 for the phone with the charger separate and 128gb. That's much more expensive. I'd rather get the 4a5G for nearly half the price
