I had assumed that when you take out the notepad, that a dialog pops up for you to enter notes regarding an incident/individual. I hope you enjoy the upcoming weekend!

Please do an a bounty hunter episode, if you don't know what bounty hunter is. His job is to hunt down people with warrants and doing raids on person's house that has a warrant out. It would be cool to see you and maybe other officers do it. I hope it will happen
