Thank you so much for sharing this! I was wondering what the market was like and what CSN would have available. What a beautiful day surrounded by all those plants and flowers! 🤗
Second comment - love the "parrot" tulips you bought for your mom. I bought the same green/white combo for myself at my local loblaws on Friday. I found that psychopsis don't really like to dry out. They prefer a little more moisture. A lot of care has to be taken when repotting as the roots are very finicky. (I usually repot my orchids immediately when bringing them home. I usually find that the small pots with the moss tightly packed doesn't work for me-it's a positive orchid death sentence in my environment)
Yes the green and white tulip was a hit. Mom loved it. I think I was keeping my psychosis too dry. Thanks so much for the tip. Next time I will get the triple lip. Thanks for watching 🌸🌸🌸
My pick would be the triple lip psychopsis since I already have the "kahili". My psychopsis has 2 spikes & has bloomed 4 times since September. Love it!!!
Perfect weather for flower/plant shopping! Oops! Almost forgot, gotta get my laundry(don't want any of my neighbors to remove my "itsee bitsees"👙 from the machine 😝)be right back 🏃♀️! Back now! I bet that a lot of Moms are happy recipients 😍of those beautiful bundles of colorful🌹🌸⚘🌻 blooms today !(or some exotic orchids or dare I venture to say-hoyas?) If my mom was still around, she would have loved to get an African violet with double flowers or better yet- variegated foliage ,she adored violets. (There were always violets in bloom at home when I was growing up) Loved seeing the different hoyas ,don't see the Kerrii's on the vine too often, (in Vancouver all I have seen are the single leaves in small pots, around Valentines day,how original 🥱) Hope that your new orchid will flourish for you,now that you have some good advice from your friends on how to care for this variety 👌 Take care Bellina and stay safe😷 while you're out and about 🚙,ciao for now 👋
🤣🤣👙 laundry intermission. That’s amazing African violets must bring back a lot of great memories for you🤗🤗🤗, so lovely. Mom was excited to see her tulips. The green and white tulip was a hit👌. Thanks for always watching, I am wishing you a very beautiful week🌸🌸
That psyhcopsis? Is in spaghum moss which will stay wetter at the roots and the top will feel dry. I would take it out of the moss and mix moss with bark so it dries out a little quicker
A bit too late, but with psychopsis, I would go with the one with most pseudobulbs and firm attachment to the pot (not wobbling). They can grow as many spikes as they choose, if in a good condition. 😊
Love it! Great video once again. Keep up the good work
Thank you 🤗🤗

It’s hard to find the right balance when it comes to moss. Thanks for the suggestion and thanks for watching 🤗🌸🌸🌸
