I love Fred Armisen but thought I was the only American that loves Nena & at 54 yrs old I have 99 luftballoons on my top ten all time playlist & jam to it on the regular & know every word & dont speak a lick of German! If you look it up the German version is the best tho 99 Red balloons is the jam as well!
Fred I'm from New Jersey just outside Manhattan and I would take California over ANYWHERE I've ever been in the continental US. The only place I may have enjoyed driving even similarly to L.A. is in Hawaii. That makes for one very beautiful ride!
When do you feel most free= "when driving around Los angeles". Oh, you say that now..but YOU WILL resent that later...hahaha...:| the same thing that once made you feel free, WILL end up being the very thing that makes you feel MOST CAGED. Trapped. Suffocated and in serious pain.. But it's understood, the fresh feeling of driver's freedom after living and being used to driving around in a much smaller and visually different..town..
Wait, Fred doesn't live in Portland??? And making the statement about absolutely loving Los Angeles🤔🤢. I lived in California.... and what a HORRIBLE city. Nice to visit the phony/fake surrealness of it all, but no place to live.
See I would agree but he'd have to be *really* good at it, he's good friends with a lot of people like Seth Meyers, Bill Hader, etc. And they're good people so why would they continue to be friends with him?
"You're weird, Armisen!". LOL
The only time I've seen Larry annoyed at someone's crush. It's like the part he looks forward to
Nena (Kerner) is even more hotter than she was 35 years ago! German boys were all flashed when we saw her in TV in May 1982.
"Even if it's buppa de buppa"
"Even if it's bumper to bumper."
When he said he plays Red Dead Redemption I instantly liked him 10 times more.
I've realized my favorite parts are Larry talking about things that he does not like
"I hate eggs...despise them" 🤣🤣🤣
Red Dead Redemption: “shooting and horses and stuff”
I know, right? He's really good at it and he can't even describe it as a Western? lol
How has Fred not been in a Wes Anderson film yet?
Because Fred is a living Wes Anderson movie.
Maya Rudolph, skiing, the ocean, and a hatred of leaving the city. I assume Fred was writing Forever as he gave this interview?

Larry's job was popular culture for decades, and he acts like he never heard this song:

Aldridge T. Abbington crushing on a singer from Vice City 🥴

It is funny that Larry King doesn't appear to get any reference from after 1959.
a book a week?......h ah ha the way he said it...... so genuine..
I can't tell if they were doing a bit about LA or they actually love it.

If Jimmy Kimmel sounds just like Fred Armisen, that was a great impression.
That’s hilarious my two biggest fears are also the ocean and heights my palms get sweaty too
"I like Spider-Man very much."
He makes me feel love and cute
To be fair, Nena was super cute! I’m with Armisen on this one 🙌🏻
Yeah Nena is great. You know nothing Larry Snow
I'm answering the questions to myself and thought "uuuh video games?" but I probably wouldnt have said that to Larry King.
Fred is just the younger version of Larry.
I've realized Fred looks like Jack Antonoff's older brother.
Anyone else find Larry kinda condescending/obnoxious? Point taken, though, I'll go elsewhere.
Anyone else get like this interview is like " tell me about yourself but wrong answers only" 😂😂
he should impersonate jordan b. peterson
lol You're weird Armisen! hahaha
Ide love to game with him!
Google Nena's pictures - he's got a point
Oh man, I had no idea Fred is basically bald on top.
Happens to the best of us
Melipnos!
... and boats, bouncing. Haha.
He doesn't have any money, he's just a little baby.
