I recently travelled by Q Connect and had a very good experience.I guess I was just lucky as I see that some people have not had a comfortable journey.After all dont forget that this is Pakistan.

Meri wife k paon ka operation hua hy isliye comfortable safar k liye mayne socha hy lahore to Islamabad q.connect se safar karu.. kya ap bata sakti hain k ye fesla behter hy??
I traveled through Qconnect almost 4-5 years back i think it was thete start At that time ticket price was 3500 and food was included in that. Food was from kitchen cuisine and was served properly in nice cutlery. Aapki video dekh kar pta chala abhi kafi kharab scenes chal rahy in k.
Yes I don't understand why many Pak business don't focus on customer retention by improving quality and maintaining reasonable cost they rather increase cost and decrease quality. Thank you for watching 👍👍

I was about to cancel my ticket after reading the negative reviews and am very glad I didn't! The bus is lovely and clean, staff are courteous and the ac and wifi are working well. This is the best option from what locals have told me - dont believe online reviews when it comes to Pakistan - there seems to be politics at work! Also, dont expect European standards of luxury as it is relative to what you would get on other services within the country. Some people here have ridiculously high expectations for RS6000 rupees and should probably book a private jet to get their expectations satisified.
The waiting room was calm, clean and quiet which is perfect for a female solo traveller. I have only been on board 23 mins and have received a bottle of water and a small glass of apple juice - all served with a smile, no less. Not bad so far! There are a few other solo females travelling and we are all comfortable and seem to be enjoying our journey.

Just to add an update:
The ride is smooth,the AC and WiFi have remained stable and strong (I've turned my AC off and am wrapping up with a cotton shawl as I'm not a fan of the cold) and we are on time and on track so far. There is a very slight rumbling at times, which is to be expected in such a large vehicle, but it is not bothersome to me at all, and I'm fairly sensitive to sounds and jarring movements.
The lovely hostess came around with a menu for food some time ago, which is not included in the ticket price but was quite reasonable at RS650 for a burger meal. She informed me we will also be stopping at motorway services at 1.30pm, 2.5 hours after departure from Lahore en route to Islamabad, where I will have the option of either McDonalds, KFC, or Hardees. My only difficulty now is deciding what I'm going to eat! I believe the stop will be for 30 mins, so plenty of time to pick up a takeaway, and there is a pull-down table imbedded in the seat ahead of mine, which provides ample space to eat - the lady across from me is using hers as a workstation and she seems to have enough space for her laptop. I'm grateful my cousin brother talked some sense into me when I was ready to change my transport option. Moral of the story: don't take online written reviews in Pakistan too seriously - except mine, of course;)

Bad experience old buses only given juice water cold drinks no meal free many problems AC seat no 1functions out of order

No faisal movers doesn't have rest rooms in it which is not a good option for senior ill citizens
not recommended yesterday i travelled and bus broke again and again and they left us alone before entering lahore and we took help from someone who dropped us at ring road and all reached home in 9 hours from isb to lahore.. their response was pathetic and they said dont use it simple worst experience of life
