From all angles you put it ,JKIA workers have a right to information and job security.
The question of 280b is also very legitimate. Consider for example express way that used a quarter of that. What kind of infrastructure are they going to put in an already existing airport with enough land, that will cost that humongous amount of money.
What happens to small businesses owners at JKIA,is it reasonable to deny SMEs business just because a billionaire foreigner has arrived?
How about the component of equity, we are losing 18%of control on perpetuity, that soud a raw deal.
How about corruption allegations. of the conglomerate,is it not reasonable to audit their history to know who we are dealing with?
I support president Ruto in anything else but on this one i have reservations.

The problem with the Ruto government is that there is no sufficient public participation in anything they do and once you start running a country like its your own private property no one is going to listen to a damn thing you say

We all agree about the need of the competitive airport, Lets go back to article 10, 2 c d, how does these aspects be considered in this deal...you said we don't have alternative, am sorry we have.. when did you see in the gazette notice that a ppp of the JKIA was published... You have forgotten about the statement of Msalia Mdavadi on this issue... stop making general statements on ppp becouse some of us understand how it works and how few missuses it... infact you didn't touched about its negative

Delve deep into the deal.....this is not a comprehensive analysis. 1. No competitive airport can be developed to the standards of JKIA for the 30 uears. 2. They are leveraging on JKIA land rather than the portion to which they ought to concentrate on its modernization. Collect from the terminal and runaway only 3. Its a 30 year deal with a perternity clause for 18%ownership. Which airport in India has Indian government adopted such a deal. 4. They have absorbed themseves from JKIA loses yet share on the profits. 5. Rwanda Airport is being developed at a lower cost yet the Rwanda government has more gains 6. What has Ruto ever attained without a looting mentality? If something has public gain, why is the deal hodden from the kenyan populace 7. Hope that if this crooks succeed, you will not come back to singing otherwise. Biassed analysis with extensive wording and no content. Delve into the contract details which you presume the audience has and display where Kenya gains. Kenya want a modernized airport not one that is conduit to money laundering. Which Adani Airports are making profits?

The problem with having 1/2 information.....wait until the contractual terms are agreed upon then you'll be in a position to know what Kenyans are in to get out of it
