It was made with coconut milk, and the curry paste had kaffir lime and galangal - it was really nice, had a bit of a kick to it xx

I love your idea of putting everything on the table, I started doing it with my family and found tea-time so much less stressful, and the kiddies can eat as much as they like, of the things they like! Excellent idea, so thank you, so simple but definitely something I had never thought of hahah 🤣 ! ❤️❤️

I started doing it because I found it stressful dishing everything up for everyone, especially as not everyone has the same thing - it was driving me mad! It's much easier doing it this way I fins, although a bit more to clear away xx
