Ok, so I had my laughs at seeing these Karens act the fool, BUT…BUT…BUT…THIS LITTLE OLD LADY WANTS TO RANT A BIT!!!!! 😠😡😠. After seeing all these clips about these idiots getting annoying and abusive with staff, I wonder why the workers just don’t ‘trespass’ them or just refuse them services. It seems to me that in those cases, instead of arguing, store employees should be allowed by management to end the interaction and/or deny them services. Just say: “Bye Felicia”. I don’t understand why these disrespectful and sometimes dangerous actions by rude people are tolerated. Every employee manual should have a clause or two addressing such instances. Abusive customers should be met with denial of services or denial/trespass from said stores. No worker should have to accept abuse or disrespect from customers. AND No company should allow their employees to be mistreated and/or abused by unruly customers. These actions not only put employees in danger but clearly bystanders and other customers can be at risk too. I guess it may take a lawsuit or two for these corporations to put some common sense “customer VS employee” rules in place. The customer is NOT always right , but then, neither are employees. Hopefully everyone will be treated with the respect we all deserve! 😊
