    I wear my hair up and away almost every summer & marley twists are a style I always come back to. They are easy to do, take half the time of braids & wear well. I ca usually get about a month of wear out of one set. The key for me is the invisible root. I don't start mine with braids but instead twisting which I feel adds to the longevity of this style. Thank you soooo much! I tried this for the first time, and your video was perfect. My hair is so cute and light, I broke it up into 2 days to not overwhelm myself. Btw you're literally gorgeous

    Wait you started at 11 and then ended at 11 at night? Sis that’s a whole 12hrs😂😂 longer than knotless braids. But I’m definitely gonna find a day to sit still and do these❤️ thanks for the details. They look great!

      Knotless braids for me take at least a day and a half since I usually do them small and add in human hair

    Looks so good. Sadly I feel like my roots start slipping as I twist down and the twist doesn’t stay at the root. Am I just not starting the twist tight enough?

    • @NiaraAlexis
      @NiaraAlexis  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you probably are gripping tight enough. I twist at the root until the hair is taught but not too tight. Also be sure you are twisting clockwise when you you are starting on each side. Hope that helps!

    Do you know how that hair compares to marley hair? Is it not as hard and rigid , or pretty much the same ?

    • @NiaraAlexis
      @NiaraAlexis  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I would say it’s a little softer but for the most part it’s the same

    do you prefer the Jamaican twist, or the cuban twist from your other videos?

    Your hair is beautiful 😍 I wish you would’ve shown us the back of your hair and the length of your hair when standing. Nevertheless it’s beautiful! I’m definitely going to try this.
