60 लाख रुपए का इंतेजाम करना ही सबसे बड़ी बात है। 1 लाख का कर्ज नही चुकापाने के कारण कई किसानों ने आत्महत्या करली। और कोई भी बैंक 5 एकड़ या इससे कम की जगह पर इतना बड़ा लोन नही देंगा।

आप पहले छोटा से शुरू करे ।और फिर धीरे धीरे काम बढा ।मेरी दवा की कम्पनी है ,पहले और एक कम्पनी मे MR था । फिर कमिशन पर दुसरे कम्पनी का काम किया । फिर आज अपनी कम्पनी है ।आप हिम्मत रखे ।काम शुरू करे कोई जरूरी नहीं है कि बढा से शुरू करे ।

हमने 1000 chicks का लॉट लिया था
उसके लिये खाद
Pre starter - 14 bag × 1475₹ = 22125
Starter - 26 bag × 1430 ₹ = 37180
Finisher - 90 bag × 1400 ₹ = 1,26,000
Medicine + water + light = 5000
Total = 1,90,000₹ aprox.
अब 30 हजार के लॉट के लिये
30 × 1,90,000 ₹ = 57,00,000₹
Pro's - हर Chick's के पिछे 15 से 50₹ तक का भी फायदा होता है( Depends upon market)
Con's - इतने बडे लॉट मे अगर contagious बिमारी आ गयी तो नुकसान भी भारी हो सकता है

It's a very expensive unit. It will not workout for small poultry people. You can ask for automatic feeding systems. If we think about temp control systems I ll give a huge bill at the end

I have 2 acres of land and am planning to start poultry farm.
I am very much interested in EC farm system with double shed technology.
I would like to understand the infrastructure cost for shed size 40x300 and how much birds can be raised? Also is 40x300 is good size or what is the best suggested size?
The suggested size is 2sft per bird. With your measurements you can put 6000 chickens. The birds will enjoy if you can give 2 sft per bird. But no one was following the standards. Almost all the farms follow 1 sft per bird to 1.2 sft per bird. Atleast give them 1.5 sft per bird for its comfort. Surely you can see a lot of advantages with the given space. The birds should not feel the stress. Due to less spacing pecking and other problem like disease's will spread if any virus attacks. Within no time there is a chance to lossing lot of birds.
