If you just refresh the orb the stats refresh as well.
I only have 3 orbs but completing a level 3 and 5 will give 1 orb each. But its pretty tough even with full pen tuvala
gear doesnt matter much for boss rush, try using draughts and food before u go in

i have not had a crystal blow up from bosses yet so im gonna say no.
what does the tiny orbs that appears during the fights?
for 99% of fights its for hp, during pig king if u drag him to them he gets -dp
So I can get 5 first clear reward on my first week?

Can you do this with multiple characters?
the 5 tries are account wide

are bosses' mechanics easy? not destiny 2 raid level hard?
usually the boss has anywhere from 2-5 mechanics. the main part of the fight is just dodging dmg and doing dmg.
so I dont get the rewards instantly on beating it?
no, you do get first clear rewards for every first clear of a new difficulty, but the regular rewards are given out on weekly reset

does gs matter
gs doesnt matterr to much its mianly hp that matters and addons and buffs. then of course the light orbs
