Honestly out of all the girls you can romance Naoto is the most suggestive. Its pretty adorable actually, she spends the whole game trying to deny her feminine side, but if you romance her she doesn't just accept it, she apparently embraces it in a way that no other girl seems to (read: After the first night she apparently wants the MC ALL the time.)
One thing I noticed is that when the gang barges in on each of the girls, they each shout out a specific name and then "everyone" in surprise. The name they shout out seems to be the person they have shown slight (romantic?) interest in/have been shipped with, outside of the MC. Rise=Yosuke(If you notice she laughs at his jokes when they first meet, and when they all go to the beach, she's hanging out with Yosuke while the MC is teaching Yukiko how to swim) Chie=Yosuke(They have a weird "one of the guys" relationship, and they have a tendency to easily get into arguments. There's also the fact that she is paired with Yosuke for snowboarding on the ski trip, which seem to be the authors way of showing the more "obvious" pairings for the game, Naoto/Kanji, MC/Rise, Yukiko/Teddie, and Yosuke/Chie.) Yukiko=Teddie(They also have a weird relationship, they have interesting moments of banter, and they are matched for the ski trip like I previously mentioned.
