Like another user said, this video and take back your power are a great combo. I also found the releasing astral parasites and removing entities from wealth and relationships also very helpful. Turns out I had a relative(s) who had been very traumatizing for me growing up had decided to harass me in the astral/sleep as well and wouldn't take no as an answer. My guides had been dropping me hints and messages for a while but unfortunately I didn't understand what they meant or recognize them really until after the fact. I read about the signs that someone needs a soul fragment retrieval process and it really hit home 😢 I will start listening to this audio today and I hope it helps. I have all of these: Signs That Soul Retrieval May Be Needed 1. Feeling Disconnected: A persistent feeling of not being whole, or a sense of incompleteness. 2. Emotional Numbness or Disinterest: Difficulty feeling emotions fully or engaging in life wholeheartedly. 3. I was born an empath as such it's natural to pickup energies that doesn't belong to me all the time. Wish I wasn't though, because I also suffer whenever I draw the pain and sickness from others into myself
