Despite his merits as a manager in the past, he is a corporate dinosaur today and causes just chaos in the club with his interventions. With his style of still leading the club, he scares away the personal for the future. He is a major problem for Bayern's future. Basically he is a grumpy old man and handles the club like his toy.
told you xD he of course talked to them because of "its bayern" expect real it cant get higher, but rangick is someone who want ALOT of power. he want to decide alot behind the scenes and build up a club. thats where he is the best in forming whole clubs like RB Leipzig. and in bayern there are more deciders then players ... and now he saw even how uli hoeneß attacked the trainer they have right now ... there was just no way in hell he would take such a job ... from the first second i saw it i thought "he wont do it never" and i wrote it here and people told me "nah he said he come" but no ... this outcome was teh only possible way
This is so embarrassing for the Bayern board going for plan D!!! Bayern need to stop going for managers with a job and sign some one with out a job and I mean Zidane or Flick. Everyone at the board need to put their big egos aside now. The new manager should start planning the squad for next season now before is to late and to start talking to future player agents before other teams scoop in and take them.
But if Rangnick always wanted to stay with the Austrian team why not say it right from the start when the rumours started to fly? Now he is praised as being honest, resisting Bayern "corruption" and being strong-spined when all he did was actively partake in the same farce. Also, lets not forget he is quite power-hungry and probably would have never accepted so many players with decisive powers like Freund, Eberl and Hoeneß.
@@ravanpee1325 That "shit show" happened way before guys like Dreesen all but confirmed the signature. Also, Rangnick is smart enough to suss that out the first time the rumours around him started to swirl. So don't tell me he is any better than the other participants
@@musashimiyamoto586 Of course Ragnick plays also the games, but how many coaches were burned over the last few years...the problems are not the coaches but the organizational culture in Munich..
The Austrian press had a field day with this. So for once the Austrians have a good team and beat a dreadful Germany and all of a sudden they are favourites for the Euros? Slow down, buddy. Greece pulled a surprise 2004 and there was Cordoba. But these days are over and under normal circumstances and even a good Euro 2024 everything will go back to normal for Austria.
That is and was my bet since it was clear Tuchel would leave. Why should Mourinho learn german since months anyway? Just to be clear my first option would be Alonso but this issue was over very fast.
Mr Jan, Bayern s next manager will be Pocchettino 💯💯💯He s leaving Chelsea and IF Kane wins the UCL,no way Bayern won't make his desire come true😂 Let s be honest.
SORRY but who is Ragnick and i have to feel sad that he rejected us😂 He literally can't stand the pressure of Bayern. I don't know who ll be our new manager BUT i d love to see Conte here ( even though italians don't prefer Germany 😂😂 )
Do the Fjortofts know that there is a well known man from Portugal who's learning german since months? ;) Guess why, thats my bet. All others more or less just blunders. Rangnick would be welcomed by Bayernfans like Klinsmann was and there was just one Bayerntrainer who was greeted from the very first game with boos from the Südkurve since the 70s at least.
I think Bayern should be a bit more inventive and go for someone like Amorim from Sporting or even revert to local talent like Miroslaw Klose. He is as professional and decent as Xabi.
Hoeneß blew every chance this week that Tuchel stays.
he messed it up yeah

I m really curious to see the next manager BUT i have a feeling it might be Pocchettino
Pocchettino 🤣🤣🤣
If they ever asked Tuchel and he said no, we would never get to know anyway. 😂

I try to answer that😉
@@janaagefjortoft9 Thanks, Jan, always happy to see you dishing it out on the ESPN crew;) Never back down.
Because he wanted to change the job but reconsidered it after this shitshow from Hoeneß

Thinking back to ManU could well have been the decider for Rangnick.
👊🏿🙏🏿 fantastic breakdown as always
Thank you!

Mathias jaissle ex salzburg coach to be the new bayern coach
FC Hollywood directed by Uli Hoeneß
I don't get how all these things are so public. Just a big cringe fest 😁.
I want Mourinho now. Would be super entertaining for the Bundesliga.
Yuck!
