A (possibly) useful tip with the heartbeat trigger: Since you're using a 3DIO, you can put a stethoscope in the "ears" of the microphone and the round part on your chest. Depending on the setup, this can get clearer sounds and it massively reduces the risk of the microphone falling. A lot of ASMR channels do this and it works surprisingly well.

10 days later I decided to listen to this again, I remember the mic drop that woke me up, so I wanted to say that maybe it would've been better to cut that loud part out before uploading. However, we are humans and we make mistakes, the rest is really really good and you have such a sweet nice soothing voice and overall super relaxing asmr!
