This is such a disgusting, cynically cosmetic "fix" to a problem that quickly boils down to the refusal of companies to provide/comply with basic working conditions to workers. What about decreasing work hours so people can have healthy sleep at their own homes without having the need to compensate with precarious 20 minute naps.
You must be an employer trying to distract the masses of people from what is essential to them: “rest”. Baby steps. Your radical, self-professed idea of societal care is not a tangible solution anywhere/anytime soon. Learn from other countries who have been around way longer. Asian countries as well as Spain understand the concept of rest during the day.
