I've been following this project for a few years now and I've amassed quite a few hours on the server as well, but I'm always amazed at you and your teams dedication to detail! Thanks for sharing some of the behind the scenes, I love all the clever workarounds you've found for Minecraft's limitations. Plugins like TC Coasters are awesome but will only get you so far in terms of track layouts and optimization!
Hey Mouske! I just wanna say, this video was sweet. I’ve been watching your channel for quite a while now. Back in 2020 I was getting bored, and I was a huge fan of Disneyland and, well couldn’t go cause it had been shut down due to the pandemic. And during that time I was huge into Minecraft. So I go on TH-cam and look around for Disneyland in Minecraft type videos, and stumble across you. I remember the first video of yours I watched was a recreation of Splash Mountain. Watching that sort of kick started something in me. I wanted to recreate rides in Minecraft too, just on bedrock - seeing as I didn’t have a computer and therefore Java. I started by recreating The Haunted Mansion (my personal favorite ride) but uh it was very rough for a first attempt, think I uploaded it to my TH-cam. And so then I tried to build Disneyland, all by myself. Again, didn’t turn out well at all. Lol so now we get into 2021, schools are re-opened and I make some new friends. And I meet a guy who 1. Loves Disneyland, 2. Loves Minecraft, and 3. Has tried to recreate rides in it, just like me. So we band together and we’re going nuts. We devised a whole plan to build Disneyland in Minecraft. Had all the techniques and all the mechanics that we wanted to work down to the finest bit. So we start building, (oh and by the way, I’d built haunted mansion again, a bit better but still eh) started with Main Street. It was boring but we chugged along. To this day lm still proud of that build. But the end of Main Street is all we reached. We became de-motivated, and it turns out I was off center for the street by 1 single block. So it goes on the back burner. We still stuck together, built separate rides in different worlds. He built cars and pirates. I built haunted mansion yet again, and also built pirates. We decide to take a break, and build our own theme park. There was a lot of planning to that, got pretty far with this absolutely awesome mountain boat ride thing. But then yknow, we got older and I got worn out of it. Stopped playing together, still hang out though! Anyway, just wanted to share that. Your builds are awesome!
Amazing story, happy to serve as some sort of inspiration- even if it was just to kickstart chasing the ideas you already had! Keep at it, you never know where building some silly Minecraft attractions could lead!
You are a freaking genius mouskegamer! This is fascinating. Are you and your team employed by Disney? If not, WHY not? You all are providing the best promotion for the park that one could imagine... I mean, talk about Disney magic.. you guys are the real deal. I don't know if you realize how HAPPY all your work makes us Disney nuts... well THIS Disney nut (me) anyway. Thanks soooo much. :)
It’s my dream to work for Walt Disney Imagineering! Maybe someday I’ll be so fortunate, and I hope I can make people as happy then as Im able to now via these silly little Minecraft creations. Thanks for watching, Epii!
@@Mouskegamer Silly my a**! You are an artist my friend and you BELONG at Disney. I’ve no doubt you will become an Imagineer someday with your amazing talent. And when you DO, tell them to create a Mary Poppins attraction for cryin’ out loud!
Hey bro, i think this minecraft disneyland is the best ive ever seen. But, i cant play on it since im on bedrock and probably wont get java anytime soon. So, if possible, could you make one in bedrock? I and probably other bedrock players would love to play on it.
I wish it was possible! We used to have a bedrock compatible version up and running, but it was difficult to maintain and a far lesser experience compared to the Java server. We eventually ended support because of that. I’m doing my best to upload as many rides to my page as I can so they’re all well documented and people without Java edition can still experience our work!
@@BatAustin I quit the project almost a year ago but I’d like it to stay public as long as possible. Im out of the loop entirely on server news, if it ever shuts down please find a way to contact me and I’ll try to reopen it and keep it open (though I only have the world file from up until I quit). I’d also release the world publicly if that happened- I’d love to see it stay alive!
@@Mouskegamer I am trying to recreate your world and barely started on Frontierland! 5 years to make the project is a long time! And if it does shut down you can't reopen it. Will the large is the world file? I deeply understand you leaving the project.

This is a great video! Very cool to see how the Indiana Jones ride come together to life! It is an amazing behind the scenes video!
