Thank you, shiny object syndrome is very real, especially when your business isn't doing as well as you hoped it would and in a lot of cases is the reason why the business ends up failing.

I have been researching how to start a handmade ecommerce business now for a couple months. There is loads of information out the to go through. Who is telling the whole truth? Idk. I have found a few that said the same you. Seo and gathering a following on social media should come first. But with handmade I would need at least 1 product to get a picture or do I?
I never shy away from giving the cons! Your USP is handmade, so you could start posting about the process behind the product because 1) it shows that it is handmade 2) it gets peoples attention as they love seeing how stuff is made 3) you are building a relationship and getting people interested and invested in you and your products before you even launch your site.
