Well, the real reason everyone hates Sakura is because of the anime. In the anime Sakura was basically not a likeable character . She made fun of naruto, was ungrateful and sometimes absolutely useless. Also you might have seen the episode where she said that she loved Naruto, which was a lie . She also did some stupid things. Mostly people dislike her because of what she did in the anime before Shippuden . But know this, Sakura from manga and Sakura from anime are very different. So it's mostly the anime's fault .
