किडनी के बारे में बहुत ही बारीकी से और बेहतरीन तरीके से आपके द्वारा समझाया गया है। मुझे 12 साल से CKD की समस्या है। मेरा creatinine 1.10 से 1.30 के लगभग और यूरिया 20 के आस पास रहता है। 12 साल से Alpha ketonalogue 2 tds ले रहा हूं। लेकिन मेरा बीपी बढ़ जाता है । Arkamin, telmisartan, Nicardia XL 30, Nebivolol 2.5, Prazosin 5 mg मिला कर एक दिन 10-12 गोली लेनी पड़ती है। इतनी दवा लेने के बाद भी केवल 2 से 3 घंटे तक ही दवा का असर रहता है। कहने का मतलब हर दो से तीन में दवा लेनी पड़ती है। क्या बीपी की ऐसी कोई दवा है जो एक या दो बार ही लेनी पड़े और बीपी नार्मल रहे। बीपी 70 से 160 के करीब रहता है। कभी 110से 125 के आसपास भी रहता है। डाक्टर से समय-समय पर परामर्श लेता रहता हूं। कृपया बीपी का समाधान करें।

1st ya 2nd stage pottasiam ristriction nhi RAKHNA Chahiye.. Pottasiam end stage me increase hota hai..
1.2 creatinine normal hai nd 2nd stage hai
