For the past week I've been putting together a productivity tool that can help aid the debugging process and make finding weird bugs and oddities in you code easier. Special thanks to @darksquirrel7436 for pitching me the idea. This plugin is free for you to use so if you feel it can be helpful give it a try. Hey man how you doing? I saw you on PlayFab forums asking too many questions and get no useful answer like me :D
I'm trying to make dedicated server support for my game but I'm stuck with joining active session. I did everything (Login, Matchmaking, Getting valid ticket, Valid ip,port etc.) but joining. What can I need to do for joining server? "Open ip:port" doesn't work :(
I haven’t set up a dedicated server through playfab yet. Have you tried a local server to see if it’s on the unreal side or the playfab side?
@@DevGods Yes I've tried with locally using Local Multiplayer Agent. It says healty but I didn't tried joining locally lol :D I'm gonna try it now.
@ no not the local multiplayer agent. I mean like building a server build, running it and connecting to it, with no playfab. Maybe if that doesn’t work then it’s an issue with the game code or if it does work then, it’s something in the playfab sdk
@@DevGods Yes you're right. I can't open my server build with -log. Nothing appears. Probably some codes are broken :/
@ does it crash or not respond? Also does it give you an error log. Join my discord and open up a forum post I’d like to track your progress on this. I haven’t messed with dedicated servers for my game yet and could use your issue as a learning experience
